Significant growth prompts City Fringe launch

RAY White Commercial NSW has further strengthened its industry position with the introduction of a Sydney City Fringe office.

The Glebe-based operation is led by the passionate and experienced team of Kristian Morris and Justin Rose.

The pair has lofty ambitions for sharp growth and both gentlemen are thrilled to be working within the powerful Ray White framework.

“The major pull for us is the brand,” Mr Rose said.

“Dan White and Jeff Moxham have set the foundation for huge company growth.”

The title of Ray White Commercial NSW Sydney City Fringe partner and operations manager sits comfortably with Mr Rose.

“It’s something I’ve always aspired to do and saw myself doing,” he said. “This is what I’m meant to do.”

It’s been 17 years since Mr Rose joined the real estate industry as a fresh-faced high school graduate.

“Enthusiasm gets you everywhere and that’s helped me in my career,” he said. “You also have to know your product, be real with people and be flexible.”

Confidence oozes from Mr Morris, and so it should when the Ray White Commercial NSW Sydney City Fringe partner and licensee in charge has a proven history of securing results.

“The city fringe is always a fast moving market and we thrive on working in this environment.

Family is at the core of everything Mr Morris does, so he connects strongly with the Ray White ethos.

“The more time we’ve spent with the leaders at Ray White, Jeff and Dan, I can just feel the similar value system,” he said.

Mr Morris is a salesman at heart, but he wasn’t always anchored in the real estate industry.

He believes the experience of selling Dolce & Gabbana Fashion label collections across Australia and New Zealand ultimately contributed to the success he enjoys today.

“It’s about aligning my skill with the right market and industry,” he said. “I’m clear about who I like to serve and do business with.

“My family values align with the greater Ray White Group and permeate through our business.”

Both Mr Morris and Mr Rose are determined in their intent to attract like-minded individuals to their team.

“We’d love to, in five years, be an office with a substantial sales team working with us,” Mr Rose said.

“We want to provide an environment where people will achieve their goals both personally and financially and ultimately stay with us for the long-term.”

Managing director and partner of Ray White Commercial NSW, Jeff Moxham said the opening of the Sydney City Fringe operation was another exciting step in the development of the business.

“Our strategy from the beginning was to build a corporate commercial business that represents all regions of the Sydney metropolitan market, and our partnership with Justin and Kristian in the City Fringe market is an integral part of this plan,” he said.

“Both are proven players in this fast-paced market and we can’t wait to see their combined energy dominate this space.”

Ray White Commercial NSW offices now include Sydney CBD, Western Sydney based in Parramatta, Greater Sydney South based in Sutherland, and Sydney City Fringe based in Glebe.

Another exciting business announcement will be made in the near future.
