Property Management

As a senior asset manager at Ray White Commercial Sydney City Fringe, I oversee an extensive portfolio of commercial properties located on the outskirts of the CBD, across the inner west, and within business centres across the eastern suburbs of Sydney.

Whether you are a commercial investor with one or two assets under our management or a large business with a network of retail stores or industrial sheds and warehouses located across multiple locations, my level of service remains the same.

As your asset manager, I am the first point of contact for tenant questions or property issues, should they arise. Ensuring landlords remain undisturbed but in the loop, I enjoy troubleshooting problems, no matter how big or small, to find a solution and rectify problems calmly and swiftly.

In my role, every day is different, from understanding the nuances of the Commercial Tenancy Act to overseeing the smooth running of offices, retail shops and industrial spaces. It’s my job to ensure that buildings and facilities remain operational, so businesses run smoothly and without interruption, day-in, day-out.

My expertise includes developing solid relationships with owners, tenants and tradespeople, and it’s rewarding to receive recognition for being the conduit between all parties. My keen attention to detail is what sets me apart. A calm and level-headed communicator, I don’t shy away from hard work. I take the stress away from maintaining a commercial property and its facilities from commercial tenants and landlords.

With unmatched experience, I’ve managed multiple premises from big brand retailers to telcos over the last two decades and gained valuable knowledge working client-side. Having been on both sides of a commercial lease, representing a tenant and representing a landlord, I take pride in knowing how to find win-win solutions that meet the needs of both parties.

With diverse skills, including IT, accounts & administration, and property management, I bring all these talents together in my role as a commercial property manager. The types of assets and sites I have managed are just as diverse, with ATMs and telecommunications towers in the mix with commercial properties.

But my depth of expertise comes from managing assets for Harvey Norman and Freedom Furniture, where I was responsible for significant warehouse portfolios, freehold & leasehold properties and showrooms across Australia. My responsibilities included:

  • Market research.

  • Rent reviews.

  • Finding ways to reduce the risk for my employers.

  • Liaising with landlords and other key stakeholders, including councils or government officials.

As a commercial team specialising in city fringe locations, including the inner west and eastern suburbs business districts, we understand the nuances of owning and leasing commercial properties in these areas. If you are looking for a management team, please do not hesitate to call us.
