As a senior agent at Ray White Commercial Sydney City Fringe, I support clients with commercial properties located on the outskirts of the Sydney CBD, inner eastern suburbs and inner west. My skills include sales and leasing campaigns targeting business owners and commercial property investors.

With an eighteen-year career in business, including founding fitness and wellbeing studios in Ultimo, Glebe, Hurstville and Carss park, I have a solid grounding within commercial real estate. With a primary focus on sales and leasing, I enjoy helping my clients maximise profits from their assets and solve complex matters within a commercial transaction. 

Prior to running my own businesses, I worked in faith-based community services, which taught me much about the value of listening, understanding and thinking outside the square in order to meet my client's requirements. Understanding the human element within commercial real estate is so important in the art of negotiation and building respect from both the vendor and the buyer. As a result, I've gained a reputation for being anethical real estate agent, able to work within complicated situations, often achieving the outcomes the parties were seeking. 

My strong business acumen, allows me to help prospective tenants and buyers find solutions within the property they inspect. In doing so, I can maximise the Landlord/Vendor's asset in the eyes of the prospector bringing a tangible benefit to both parties in any given property matter. As a commercial real estate agent, I aim to place myself in the individual's position to seek and find the most satisfactory outcome. As a result, I've found success in places where others in the industry had given up or lost faith in the possibility of a deal materialising.

Even in challenging market conditions, my competitive nature, combined with the drive and desire to help people, helps me to achieve my clients' commercial goals consistently within a timely manner. Recent successes in sales for vendors have been in the $2 - $20 million asset class. While I've been helping Landlords achieve per annum rents between the $150,000 - $1,000,000 range
