Zac is a licensed real estate agent, who is deeply passionate about helping clients buy, sell, and manage investment properties. His journey in real estate began right after school in property management, where he was involved in the entire process—from managing landlord and tenant correspondence to handling maintenance issues and leasing properties. This hands-on experience gave him a solid foundation in the industry and a thorough understanding of property management.

After three years in property management, Zac transitioned into residential sales and lead generation, where his primary focus was creating opportunities to list and sell properties. This role involved a disciplined approach, where he consistently reached out to 80-100 potential buyers and sellers daily, developing strong relationships and uncovering valuable real estate opportunities.

A first-generation Australian with Russian heritage, Zac brings a unique cultural perspective to his work. Known for his diligence and exceptional communication skills, he prides himself on providing tailored solutions that meet the individual needs of his clients. Whether it’s helping business owners find their dream spots or assisting with lucrative investment opportunities, he is committed to delivering results and making a positive impact.

Zac attended UTS Business School, where he honed his knowledge in financial analysis and property markets. In addition to his formal education, Zac furthered his understanding by completing an Executive Program at Yale University, focusing on Property & Real Estate Finance. With his extensive training and practical experience, Zac is well-versed in financial management, property investment strategies, and the economic factors that drive real estate markets. His academic credentials, combined with a deep understanding of the property sector, make him a valuable asset in the business and real estate industries.
