Peter Trothe sends his home/commercial shop to auction

Peter Trothe, the man who started Australia’s first horse specialist security service, is sending his home/commercial shop to auction as Ground Floor 243 Botany Street in Kingsford goes under the hammer on-site at 2.30pm (AEDT) on Saturday 12 December.

The asset, which comes with 130sq m* of building area on a 300sq m* land size, offers both a private residence and a commercial shop front.

The property is being marketed and sold by Ray White Commercial Sydney City Fringe Principal Kristian Morris.

“This is a fantastic opportunity to purchase a commercial shop front and combined residential home,” Mr Morris said.

“It’s an ideal set-up for a home-based business or a live-in investment that comes with off-street parking for two cars. The property also features a lush tropical garden with a cabana area.

“The two-bedroom residence offers a large dining/lounge area with a potential rent of $46,8000 p.a. and the commercial shop offers a glass front with a potential p.a. income of $20,800.

“It’s sat close to the intersection of Anzac Parade and Botany Road and is moments to Coogee Beach, the recently completed light rail (tram) terminus, and South Sydney Juniors Club.

“It’s also in close proximity to the University of NSW, Prince of Wales Hospital, and Kingsford’s commercial town centre.”
