Ray White Commercial NSW welcomes two new recruits

RAY White Commercial NSW – Sydney City Fringe is pleased to welcome two new recruits to the team based out of their Glebe office.

Lachlan Palm (pictured above) has joined as a Sales and Leasing Associate and Fiona Farmer (pictured below) has taken up the role of Office Manager.

Mr Palm, who made the move from Brisbane to Sydney, said he was proud to join the Ray White family and was excited for the future.

“I graduated school in 2014 not knowing what to do, and everyone says, ‘do what you enjoy doing’ so I studied sports and exercise science at university and worked as a PT,” he said.

“I wasn’t loving it and started looking for some career paths which landed me in residential sales working as a sales associate in Paddington in Brisbane.

“After 12 months in residential, I decided to move into commercial. I started with a boutique commercial property development company, working directly with the director, looking after leasing and property management.

“During this time, I started studying my Bachelor of Property and Real Estate, wanting to move back into sales, and that has led me here.

“I wanted to start my career in commercial sales and leasing in Sydney and learn the ropes under a great agent and well-respected company and I’ve been lucky enough to secure that.

“I’ve known a lot of people in Brisbane that have worked with Ray White in both commercial and residential, and it has always been really positive feedback on how great the company is to work for.

“I see my first year being a big year of growth and learning, five years to be my own agent, and 10 years to be a standout agent in the Sydney market.”

Miss Farmer said she loved the eclectic end enterprising vibe of the inner-west having moved from the Gold Coast/Brisbane 20 years ago.

“I couldn’t say no to Ray White when they came calling because it’s fantastic to work with an Australian family business that has a highly-recognisable brand and long history,” she said.

“The Ray White Commercial NSW – Sydney City Fringe principals identified that in order to grow the office they need solid systems and processes in place to allow scalability, this is what I’m good at and it’s something I enjoy helping businesses with.

“I hope to be recognised as someone who can help a business reach the next level, by implementing solid systems and processes to allow the agents in the business to focus on the customer’s needs and getting the business done.”

Ray White Commercial NSW – Sydney City Fringe Principals Kristian Morris and Justin Rose said they were pleased to welcome Mr Palm and Miss Farmer aboard.

“It’s always fantastic when we can grow our own little Ray White family and we’re very happy to have Lachlan and Fiona join our team,” Mr Morris said.

“I’ve no doubt they’ll both fit into the team very well and we’ll be able to take great steps forward together.”

Lachlan is a talented operator who will put a focus on energy, enthusiasm and customer service at the forefront of all he does,” Mr Rose said.

“In Fiona, we’ve got someone who has great experience and will bring real organizational skills that’ll benefit the wider team.”
